Freelancing means nobody reminds you; you have to motivate yourself. A large bottle recipe: thirty-five drops of bergamot open bright and fresh, frankincense lays a warm resin base, basil adds a green, peppery streak, and sandalwood closes with creamy wood. One bottle lasts a whole month if you take five drops every morning. Great for a home workspace, switched on at the same start time each morning.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
