Blend recipes · Easy breathing
No need to go far, your room can feel as airy as a forest. Pine leads with fresh, resinous needles, while lemon and lemon eucalyptus split the finish, bright and green-cool. Great for the living room, a home office or a balcony full of plants. Turn on the diffuser in the morning while you water the plants; for a denser forest, add 1 drop of pine.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
