Blend recipes · Easy breathing
An evening routine for flu season, to keep the bedroom smelling clean. Eucalyptus radiata leads, soft and cool, peppermint adds alertness, gentle lavender holds the middle, and rosemary closes with herbs. This is a full-bottle ready-mix ratio; each night, take 6 drops for the diffuser. Run it for 30 minutes before bed, then switch it off; don't leave it on all night.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
