final week of cramming

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Tea · code BL-3023

Sharp lemon, green tingly rosemary, clean white tea; a tidy mind.

The final push before exams calls for a tidy mind: sharp lemon, green and tingly rosemary, and white tea keeping the scent clean and never harsh. Great for a study desk, a home library or a group study room. Run the diffuser in 45-minute study blocks and turn it off during 15-minute breaks; the scent becomes your brain's cue to get to work.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use final week of cramming in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Lemon 2 · Rosemary 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use final week of cramming?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
