Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Fell asleep with the fan running all night and woke up with a dry nose? Eucalyptus opens clear and cool, gentle lavender smooths things over, peppermint adds an alert note, and one drop of bergamot brightens it all. Great to turn on first thing in the morning while you fold the blanket and open the windows. Next night, set the fan to oscillate and put it on a timer.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
