Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Your nose needs a reset back to factory settings. Eucalyptus opens clear and cool, while rosemary and thyme share the herbal layer, one green and camphor-like, the other dry and spicy. Great to switch on after cooking something pungent or sitting too long in a closed room. Run the diffuser for 15 minutes, open a window, and your nose will be ready for new scents.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
