drop your shoulders

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Resinous & sweet · Tea · code BL-3118

Mandarin-vanilla tea with apple-sweet chamomile, soft as a hug.

Let your shoulders drop: black tea and sweet mandarin open warmly, Roman chamomile is soft and apple-like, and vanilla feels like a gentle hug. Great for the bedroom, the sofa in the evening or after a stressful workday. Add 4 drops to the diffuser, slowly roll your shoulders a few times and breathe deeply; for more sweetness, add one drop of vanilla.

How it unfolds

On opening. Mandarin (gently sweet, softer than orange) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Vanilla (creamy, sweet and cozy) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use drop your shoulders in a diffuser?
Add Black Tea 3 · Mandarin 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 · Vanilla 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of black tea?
Swap black tea for white tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: white tea is light and clean with a floral whisper.
When is the best time to use drop your shoulders?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
