curtains open, sun in

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · code BL-0266

Morning comes, you pull back the curtains, and sunlight floods the room. Roman chamomile and bergamot split evenly, sweet, gentle floral tea meeting fresh, elegant citrus, while one drop of cedarwood holds a dry wood base. The scent is bright, warm and gentle, perfect for the bedroom in the morning or a breakfast nook. Open the window to air out the room before turning on the diffuser, and the scent will be clearer and fresher.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use curtains open, sun in in a diffuser?
Add Roman Chamomile 2 · Bergamot 2 · Cedarwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of Roman chamomile?
Swap Roman chamomile for lavender or geranium — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use curtains open, sun in?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
