Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Coriander seed gives a sweet, warm, slightly spicy scent like freshly toasted spices, then lemon slides in to brighten everything, and rosemary settles with a touch of green. It's a slightly unusual blend, but a charming one, great for the kitchen while you make breakfast or a small dining table. Switch on the diffuser as you light the stove. If you love spice, add 1 more drop of coriander; if you like it fresh, add 1 drop of lemon.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Coriander (warm and seedy, lightly sweet, with a whisper of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
