When your temper starts to boil, you want something cool, fast. Peppermint hits first with an icy tingle, eucalyptus keeps the air feeling open, and lavender with blue chamomile close things out gently. A cooling scent for hot afternoons when both your body and your mood need to come down a few degrees. Good for the home office or living room. Switch on the diffuser the moment you feel cranky; add 1 drop of lavender for a softer version.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
