Cinnamon makes up more than half the recipe, warm and spicy like a freshly poured pot of cinnamon tea; sweet orange and rosemary sit equally, cheerful and green-herbal. Good for the living room or a relaxation corner after work on cold days. Mix a bottle ahead and take only 3–4 drops each time, since cinnamon is very intense; small rooms or scent-sensitive folks can use 2 drops.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
