Frankincense makes up more than half, a deep, warm resin like a room lit only by candles; patchouli and cinnamon sit equally, damp earth meeting warm spice. A big-batch recipe to mix into one bottle. During a blackout, put 3–4 drops in a tealight oil burner, away from curtains and anything flammable; when the power is on, use the diffuser as usual.

As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
