Patchouli goes first with damp, slightly sweet earth; sweet orange and cinnamon follow, cheerful and warmly spiced. A peaceful scent with no sharp edges, good for the living room or bedroom on evenings when you just want calm. Light a candle and start the diffuser at the same time; for a fresher version, cut patchouli to 3 drops.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
