breathe in, count to 4

3 oils · Floral · Minty · code BL-0871

Breathe in for a count of four, hold, then breathe out really slowly. Geranium, lavender, and peppermint share two drops each: green rose, soft herbs, and a streak of cool just strong enough to make each breath feel clear. This blend suits box breathing, or any time you need to find your rhythm again. If you use it at night, cut peppermint to one drop for a softer scent.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use breathe in, count to 4 in a diffuser?
Add Geranium 2 · Lavender 2 · Peppermint 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of geranium?
Swap geranium for ylang ylang or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: ylang ylang is rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral.
When is the best time to use breathe in, count to 4?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
