Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Curled up in a blanket, sniffling all afternoon. Eucalyptus and tea tree stand side by side, clear-cool and clean-green, while lavender keeps a gentle finish. Great for the bedroom on a rest day. Place the diffuser about two meters from the bed, run it for 30 minutes and then take a break; and remember to drink plenty of warm water.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
