Blend recipes · Easy breathing

runny nose, low energy

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2144

A runny nose leaves you sluggish, and the room feels the same. Eucalyptus leads, clear and cool, lavender keeps it gentle, and tea tree with peppermint make the whole thing clean and alert. This is a big-batch ratio. Take 5–6 drops for the bedroom diffuser and run it for 30 minutes; and don't forget to eat and drink something warm.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use runny nose, low energy in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Lavender 2 · Tea Tree 1 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use runny nose, low energy?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
