Blend recipes · Easy breathing

no wonder I'm stuffed up

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-2189

No wonder your nose is blocked, the room has been shut all day! Eucalyptus leads, clear and cool, gentle lavender holds the middle, and tea tree and rosemary add a drop each for a green herbal touch. Great for the bedroom late at night. Crack a window a little, then run the diffuser for 20 minutes and the room will feel much easier to breathe in.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use no wonder I'm stuffed up in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Lavender 2 · Tea Tree 1 · Rosemary 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for clary sage or basil — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: clary sage is sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried.
When is the best time to use no wonder I'm stuffed up?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
