Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Sometimes all you need is one really deep breath. Eucalyptus opens clear and cool, peppermint and tea tree keep each breath alert, holy basil adds a warm, spicy note a bit like clove, and a drop of lavender keeps it all gentle. Great for a break mid-shift or before a breathing session. Holy basil is quite noticeable, so you can cut it to 1 drop if you're new to it.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Holy basil (warm and spicy with a clove-like edge); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Holy Basil can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
