Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Waking up at 3 a.m. because breathing feels tight, nobody wants anything harsh. Lavender and eucalyptus radiata open soft and airy, lemon clears the air a little more, and one drop of cedarwood settles into a warm wood base to help sleep find its way back. Keep the diffuser ready by the bed on a low setting. If you share the room with a small child, keep the diffuser at least two meters away.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
