Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A picnic with a lot of pollen means nonstop sneezing. Eucalyptus radiata and lavender stand side by side, soft-cool and gentle, while tea tree and lemon add a clean green note and bright freshness. Great for the car on the ride home or the living room after the trip. Mixing it into a roll-on with carrier oil to keep in your backpack is handy too.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
