Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Does a room that's been shut for ages leave you sneezing over and over? Rosemary and eucalyptus open with a green, cool, clean rush, lemon brightens the space, and cypress leaves an airy fresh-wood note. Great for deep-cleaning day, washing curtains, vacuuming. Turn on the diffuser once you're done tidying and crack a window open so the scent mixes with the breeze.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
