spending just for fun

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Warm spice · code BL-1527

Spending money just for fun is sometimes necessary. Two drops of pink pepper are lightly spicy and sweet, two drops of sweet orange are cheerful, and one drop of ylang-ylang adds sweet yellow flowers. The scent is joyful with a spicy accent, great for the dressing room or bedroom while unboxing new purchases. If it feels spicy, cut the pink pepper to 1 and add sweet orange.

How it unfolds

On opening. Pink pepper (lightly spicy, sparkling and berry-like); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use spending just for fun in a diffuser?
Add Pink Pepper 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Ylang Ylang 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of pink pepper?
Swap pink pepper for cinnamon or coriander — same warm spice family. The blend will shift a little: cinnamon is spicy-sweet, hot and warm.
When is the best time to use spending just for fun?
Use it when guests are coming, on weekends, after tidying the house, or whenever you want a little good mood.
