Two herbs in equal parts: warm, dry thyme and sharp green rosemary, just like the herb bundle dropped into a soup pot. Tidy and clean yet still warm, good for the kitchen and dining room on cold, rainy afternoons. When the soup starts to simmer, the diffuser should be running too; for bigger rooms double it, and scent-sensitive folks can use 1 drop of each.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
