smiling through the meeting

3 oils · Floral · Minty · code BL-0725

Sitting in a meeting still smiling brightly; the secret is in the corner of the desk. Spearmint and geranium split twenty drops each, candy-like sweet coolness blending with green rose; ten drops of Roman chamomile add gentle sweet apple. It's a big batch, 5 drops per use. Good for your desk before long meetings; switch it on ten minutes before the meeting starts.

How it unfolds

On opening. Spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use smiling through the meeting in a diffuser?
Add Spearmint 3 · Geranium 3 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of spearmint?
Swap spearmint for peppermint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: peppermint is cool, sharp and clean.
When is the best time to use smiling through the meeting?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
