Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A sniffly day calls for self-care done properly. Eucalyptus and rosemary stand side by side, clear and cool with green herbs, while Roman chamomile softens the finish with a gentle, apple-like sweetness. Great for the bedroom, next to a mug of honey ginger tea. Use 5 drops in the diffuser each time; going to bed early is still the most important secret.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
