Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Cool cajeput and eucalyptus, warm spicy betel; wide-open airways feeling.
When the seasons change, the air gets unpredictable: eucalyptus and cajeput are cool and airy, betel leaf is warm and spicy, and a drop of lemon adds brightness, so breathing feels so much easier. Great for the bedroom or living room during seasonal changes. Use 4 drops for a medium room and run it for 15–20 minutes; for small children, cut eucalyptus and cajeput by one drop each.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); cajeput (cool yet warm, and very familiar); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Betel leaf (green and peppery, a little smoky) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Betel Leaf can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
