satisfying post-mop smell

3 oils · Herbal · code BL-2500

Nothing fancy: clary sage opens sweet and herbal, a bit like dried tea leaves, tea tree adds a sharp green note, and eucalyptus keeps the air cool and open. Three oils in equal parts make it easygoing, fitting almost any room that needs a tidy, clean-smelling feel. Diffuse after you mop; if it feels too sharp for the bedroom, drop 1 drop of eucalyptus.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use satisfying post-mop smell in a diffuser?
Add Clary Sage 3 · Tea Tree 3 · Eucalyptus 3 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of clary sage?
Swap clary sage for rosemary or basil — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use satisfying post-mop smell?
Use it after cooking or cleaning, in the bathroom, near the shoe cabinet, or in rooms shared with pets.
