Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Green tea with cajeput; warm on the nose yet clean.
A damp, rainy day calls for something warming yet clean: green tea and cajeput in equal parts, with spearmint adding a sweet cool breath. Pleasant and relieving to breathe in, great for the bedroom, the living room on rainy days or the car. Use 3–4 drops and run it for about 15 minutes; for small children, cut cajeput to one drop.

On opening. Cajeput (cool yet warm, and very familiar); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Green tea (fresh, a little grassy and clean) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
