overthinking, signing off

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Woody · Tea · code BL-3119

Sweet orange tea, warm ginger grass and creamy sandalwood; gently untangling.

Too many thoughts? Take a break: black tea and sweet orange are warm, ginger grass is gently spicy, and creamy sandalwood untangles things softly. Great for the bedroom early in the evening or your desk after a tense meeting. Start the diffuser, write down what is on your mind, then fold the paper and set it aside.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); ginger grass (warm and grassy, slightly spicy with a sweet root note) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use overthinking, signing off in a diffuser?
Add Black Tea 3 · Sweet Orange 2 · Ginger Grass 1 · Sandalwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of black tea?
Swap black tea for white tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: white tea is light and clean with a floral whisper.
When is the best time to use overthinking, signing off?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
