Blend recipes · Stress relief

let it go, lighter head

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · Tea · code BL-3015

Sweet orange plus neroli from the same tree, creamy sandalwood, white tea clean as an exhale.

Sweet orange and neroli come from the same family, one fresh, the other like flower nectar, woven together softly. Sandalwood forms a smooth creamy base, and white tea keeps everything as clean as a long exhale. Nice for the bedroom, a small meditation corner, or evenings when you want to declutter your thoughts. Switch on the diffuser and sit still for five minutes before doing anything else.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper); neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use let it go, lighter head in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Sweet Orange 2 · Neroli 1 · Sandalwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use let it go, lighter head?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
