Blend recipes · Summer fresh

okay, you can exhale now

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-2958

Bergamot opens clean and bright, lemongrass follows with an airy feel, and basil sits at the base with a warm green-leaf note. The name says it all: breathe in, breathe out, drop your shoulders. Good for your desk after a tense meeting, or the bedroom early in the evening. Try pairing it with five minutes of slow breathing next to the diffuser.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
