The night shift ends, the road home is empty, and the house lights are off. Thyme and Roman chamomile split it fifty-fifty: warm, spicy, slightly sharp herbs meet sweet, gentle apple tea. The scent is rustic and warm, perfect for the bedroom when you get home late. Thyme is fairly strong, so in a small room use 2 drops of thyme and 3 drops of Roman chamomile for a smoother scent, then soak your feet for ten minutes.

As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
