zen as a monk

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0237

Roman chamomile leads, soft like floral tea, clary sage adds warm, sweet herbs, and thyme contributes a warm, spicy, slightly sharp note. The herbal scent is rustic and peaceful, perfect for a meditation corner, a reading room or the living room in the morning. Thyme is fairly strong; in a small room use 2, 2 and 1 drops, then sit quietly for ten minutes next to the diffuser.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use zen as a monk in a diffuser?
Add Roman Chamomile 3 · Clary Sage 3 · Thyme 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of Roman chamomile?
Swap Roman chamomile for lavender or geranium — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use zen as a monk?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
