Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Soft as a lullaby, yet still clean and fresh. Lemon eucalyptus opens with a bright green-lemon note, lavender layers on a gentle floral, and tea tree underneath keeps it all clear rather than sweet. Lovely for a family bedroom in the evening, when everyone is getting ready for bed. All three at 10 drops each makes a ready-mixed batch; each time, just 5–6 drops in the diffuser is enough.

On opening. Lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
