late-night cookie batch

3 oils · Herbal · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2658

Rosemary leads with green herbs, unusual yet lovely next to vanilla, sweet and warm like buttery sugar; sandalwood at the bottom keeps it smooth and creamy. It evokes a tray of rosemary cookies fresh from the oven. Good for the kitchen or living room on chilly evenings. Run the diffuser while sipping hot milk; for a sweeter scent, swap 1 drop of rosemary for vanilla.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Vanilla (creamy, sweet and cozy); sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Rosemary 4 · Vanilla 3 · Sandalwood 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Rosemary 2 · Vanilla 2 · Sandalwood 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Rosemary 13 · Vanilla 10 · Sandalwood 7 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use late-night cookie batch in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 4 · Vanilla 3 · Sandalwood 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for eucalyptus or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use late-night cookie batch?
Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
