How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use hot feet, stuffy shoes in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Lemon Eucalyptus 1 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use hot feet, stuffy shoes?
Use it at midday, in hot rooms, or after coming in from outside; you can also mix a room spray for a quick cool-down.
