Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Four drops of eucalyptus, three of rosemary, two of cajeput: the familiar cool, punchy smell of grandma's little bottle of medicated oil, only cleaner and more modern. Great for evenings when you feel worn out and want an airy, comfy room. Use nine drops in a diffuser; you can also dilute it in a carrier oil and gently rub it on your shoulders and neck, away from the eyes.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); cajeput (cool yet warm, and very familiar) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
