Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Three leafy oils, three drops each, like a basket of fresh herbs at the morning market. Rosemary opens with a slightly camphoraceous herbal note, basil slides in sweet and lightly spicy, and spearmint closes with a soft, cool note like chewing gum. Great for the kitchen or study corner at 7, when your brain is still sluggish. Add it to the diffuser right after brewing coffee and let the two scents wake each other up.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
