fingers crossed for the interview

3 oils · Herbal · Woody · code BL-0662

The night before an interview, muttering your answers for the tenth time. Four drops of rosemary open with cool green leaf that helps your mind feel clear; clary sage adds sweet herb, and juniper sprinkles on a clear, berry-like conifer note. Good for a study desk while you review your resume. Run the diffuser for 20 minutes, switch it off, go to bed early, and walk in confident tomorrow.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use fingers crossed for the interview in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 4 · Clary Sage 3 · Juniper 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for eucalyptus or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use fingers crossed for the interview?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
