Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Washing dishes can be meditation, if you pay attention to every sound of the water. Lemongrass, myrrh, and frankincense get five drops each: the fresh tang of lemongrass, dry deep wood, and warm resin all blend together. Great in the kitchen after dinner while you clean up. Tip: set the diffuser near the sink to freshen up cooking smells and make chores more pleasant.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
