Blend recipes · Easy breathing

cool from nose to heart

3 oils · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-2115

Few would guess sandalwood and peppermint pair this well. All three split evenly: eucalyptus and peppermint open clear and cool, while sandalwood wraps around underneath with a warm, creamy wood, so the coolness feels soft wherever it lands. Great for relaxing evenings, a meditation corner or before bed. For a warmer feel, add 1 drop of sandalwood to the diffuser.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser

50 ml room spray

FAQ

How do I use cool from nose to heart in a diffuser?
Add Sandalwood 2 · Eucalyptus 2 · Peppermint 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of sandalwood?
Swap sandalwood for cedarwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: cedarwood is dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings.
When is the best time to use cool from nose to heart?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
