Cooking for the whole family means the kitchen should smell great. Rosemary, fennel and lemon split it evenly at two drops each: green herbs, an anise-like sweetness and bright lemon peel, capturing the feel of a kitchen full of fresh herbs. Great for the kitchen and family dining room. Switch on the diffuser while you prep; if the fennel stands out, cut it to 1 drop.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Fennel (sweet and herbal with a little anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
