Blend recipes · Easy breathing

clear nose all day

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2225

Refresh your mind with four bright, cool notes. Peppermint, eucalyptus and bergamot split two drops each, icy, clear and elegantly citrusy, while tea tree adds a clean green accent. Great for a mid-morning break, when you need a quick mood switch. Run the diffuser for 10 minutes, get up and drink some water, then head back to your screen with a clearer head.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use clear nose all day in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 2 · Eucalyptus 2 · Bergamot 2 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use clear nose all day?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
