Blend recipes · Easy breathing
The ceiling fan spins all night, stirring the air and carrying the scent through the whole room. Lavender, peppermint and thyme split equally: soft florals, clear coolness and warm, spicy herbs. Great for a summer bedroom or a living room with a ceiling fan. Place the diffuser right under the fan and set it to the lowest speed so the scent travels far without getting blown away.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
