Stay calm, read the question carefully, then start. Four drops of Roman chamomile open with soft apple sweetness so your heart races less, three drops of lemon add freshness to keep your mind sharp, and two drops of ylang ylang spread soft, sweet florals. Great for a final review before an exam or the night before. If you need to feel more alert, reduce ylang ylang to one drop and add a drop of lemon.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
