Blend recipes · Easy breathing

big easy sigh

3 oils · Herbal · Minty · Tea · code BL-3053

Airy cajeput, icy peppermint, white tea for a pleasant scent.

Airy cajeput is as familiar as the cajeput oil grandma always kept nearby, peppermint is icy-cool, and white tea makes the scent pleasant and less sharp. Breathe in and feel light, great for a bedroom on chilly nights, a living room on humid days, or the car. Use a small amount, about 3–4 drops; in a room with small children, use less peppermint.

How it unfolds

On opening. Cajeput (cool yet warm, and very familiar); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use big easy sigh in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Cajeput 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use big easy sigh?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
