after the fight, making up

2 oils · Floral · Woody · code BL-0186

Everything's been said; now sit close again. Lavender and patchouli split it fifty-fifty: clean, gentle purple herbs meet a warm, deep, lasting earthy base. The scent is simple and honest, perfect for the living room or a shared bedroom. Turn on the diffuser, make two cups of tea and slow the conversation down; if patchouli feels a bit heavy for one of you, cut it to 1 drop.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Lavender 2 · Patchouli 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Lavender 2 · Patchouli 2 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Lavender 15 · Patchouli 15 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use after the fight, making up in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 2 · Patchouli 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use after the fight, making up?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
