So cool you might shiver a little: peppermint and spearmint make up most of the blend, eucalyptus pushes the airy feeling even higher, and lime keeps a bit of tangy freshness at the end. Good for big rooms, workshops or noons that feel like an oven. This is a large-ratio recipe, so mix a bottle ahead of time and use just 4–6 drops each time you run the diffuser.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
