Blend recipes · Easy breathing
2 a.m., tossing and turning, and you want a quick cool breeze. Peppermint opens first, eucalyptus widens the breathing room, lemongrass adds a fresh green zing, and rosemary closes with a dry herbal note. Putting 2 drops on a tissue next to your pillow is the easiest way to use it in the middle of the night. If you use a diffuser, run it for only 15 minutes so you don't end up fully awake.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
