weekend, alarm off

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0559

No alarm, no need to get up early. Geranium and clary sage split three drops each, green rose blending with sweet, slightly musky herb; sweet orange and rosemary add fresh citrus and green leaf on the top layer. Perfect for weekend mornings when you sleep in an extra hour. Set the diffuser timer to switch on at nine, and the scent will gently call you out of bed.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use weekend, alarm off in a diffuser?
Add Geranium 3 · Clary Sage 3 · Sweet Orange 2 · Rosemary 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of geranium?
Swap geranium for lavender or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use weekend, alarm off?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
